It was a cold and rainy day on a walking tour in the English Cotswolds when we arrived in Bourton-on-the-Water for lunch. While my fellow travelers supped in warm dining rooms, I trudged about outside photographing beautiful scenes such a this. Their loss.

About William Beuther
Bill is an award-winning and published fine art photographer whose work has been juried into numerous art shows at the local, regional, and national levels, including national art shows at the Butler Institute of American Art. L Very nice capture of the rain in this delightful scene with the river and bridges. When I try to photograph the rain, I can never tell that it is raining. Aoart from the umbrellas, I can see tha tit is rainimg!
